Made the purchase of a fan from Vivantee.com through PayPal. Was sent a shipping notice with tracking number from a Pham Ngoc Le Hoang. When the item showed that UPS had delivered the package but I had no product, contacted UPS. The seller used a duplicate tracking number of another shipment in my area. Have contacted the seller via email several times to no avail. [email protected] is the contact name for the seller; no mention of Viviantee. The weight for the box shipped with the UPS tracking number supplied me was 0.7 lbs, a far cry from a 20 lb fan. PayPal accepts a shipping notice with a tracking # as proof of shipment. UPS acknowledges that duplicate tracking numbers are a method of collecting payment with delivering a product. When tracing order on Vivantee.com website, simply says processing.
