They sold me a faulty juicer. I had to go through a month in contacting them to get a return label. You would be lucky if you can reach someone. After fighting with them over email, phone calls(nobody will pick up), and chat on their website, I finally received a return label and shipped back their product. But I did not get a refund like promised. The lady emailed me saying she “thought” it has been processed then ignored all of my emails after I told her I didn’t receive anything at all.
