Purchased the ring and connected to the app for 2 days, then it stopped working. They gave me 85% of my money back, and now are saying since they refunded my money that they cannot do anything about the defective ring. So now we are stuck with a ring that doesn’t work and we can’t return it for our remaining money. We’ve called about 10 times and emailed and no one will help.
