I submitted my information, to obtain birth certificates for my two kids. I was charged and should have gotten my records, April 9th. I have tried contacting via email(s) 3, with no reply. Trying to call them to get help, is a joke. They leave you on hold for customer service for up to an hour... Or until you get tired of waiting. DO NOT trust this company with your information and/or money for records.
