I ordered a Manitoba Birth Certificate on Dec 15, 2017. The website looked legit, I thought it was the Vital Statistics bureau. The website guaranteed 6-8 weeks delivery. It is now April 16, 2018. I called Vital Statistics and was told that this was done through a third party and they did not receive my application. $60 dollars lost.

I've emailed the company asking to speak to the supervisor. No response.
