Stole private information, Charged exorbitant fees for a "PDF" 1/2 sheet of an application that you then had to send in to your state's Health and PAY AGAIN. PDF info was populated WRONG. IF you were requesting multiples you were charged 2x for 1 pdf with a number on it. SCAM, SCAM.. a couple years ago another Vital Records SCAM site was discovered and bailed. THIS is the NEW ONE.

This site acted as a fast way to recover your birth certificate, they took all my information and a fee of $59 and sent me another “application” for the same info I had already gave them plus another fee.. Upon requesting a refund I was sent the same generic email over and over. Now they have all of my birth info and my money.

I ordered a new birth certificate online many weeks ago and when it didn’t arrive I went searching through and realized I didn’t get a confirmation email. I looked on my bank statement to see I was charged the fee I had agreed to then I was charged an “international fee”. I started researching the supposed company and it has vanished. Now I am out money, out my birth certificate and this company has all of my birth records.
