The website says it will help you get your Death/Birth certificate for a $49 fee. After they received my $49 then I was told I had to contact the state vital records I was born in to receive my Birth certificate for another fee. Rip off. be aware of the site. I wasn't until they email be saying I have to pay in order to get my certificate, after I had already paid it looked legit

I gave these people my banking information for a replacement birth certificate that I never recieved or further information on how to get my money back

I can't contact anyone nor will they respond to my e-mails after payment was taken out of my account which is in my bank statement these people claim I owe them a payment still.
