i work in a Pediatrician office I just tried to verify this insurance. I called the number on the card but could not get thru due to high call volume. When i finally got a hold of someone she transferred me to a phone number that was the FTC. the claim address that is on the back of this card was p.o box 79, that is the address that is Scam related. The Payor ID does not match the insurance.

This plan does not meet the minimum creditable coverage requirements under M.G.L. c.111M and 956 CMR 5.00. The plan provides discounts at certain healthcare providers for medical services. The plan does not make payment directly to the providers of medical services. You are obligated to make payment for services but you will receive a discount from those providers contracted with the plan. A written list of participating providers is available upon request. You may cancel your membership within thirty (30) days after the effective date of your participation or receipt of your ID card, whichever is later, and receive a full refund less a minimal processing fee if applicable. After the first thirty (30) days, you may cancel participation at any time and if you have pre-paid any membership fees, the prepayment will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused months. Just after I signed up with this group, I could not get into patient portal,web site. And my doctors office never heard of them. I called and wanted to cancel. But,I was foolishly talked into trying again ,to look into finding my provider, etc. Still no results. I have paid about 800.00 dollars to these liars. I am canceling first thing tomorrow morning.

I was sent to get X-rays and waited one and a half hours for the Lab to verify that I had coverage.Vital Select never answered their call.I called and was told x-ray not covered.I paid $100.00 for 2 x rays.Iwas reffered by Primary Dr. to an Orthopedic.Ortho did not take this insurance.Primary prescribed meds that gave me nosebleeds and I couldn't sleep 4 days.I was swallowing blood.I went to Emergency at Baptist hospital in Homestead,Fl.Insurance would not answer hospital call.I just got a$3222.00 bill for 5 hours at ER to tell me it was just a bad reaction to prostate meds that I did not need.

they called to sell medical insurance, when I tried to make a dr appointment the dr office said they never heard of them. I tried calling memberservice number on the card and no one comes to the phone. I was on hold for 45 minutes. There are no answers and they do not try to help you. When I finally got someone on the phone they hung up on me. Very sketchy I want to cancel and they say I have to pay for the whole month. I have been insured for 3 days.
