I too signed up with Vital Care Elite and did so in February 2021. It is now November 2021 and not a single doctors invoice has been paid. When I call the Vital Care Elite Billing dept. you get put on hold and they never pickup.

Vital care has not paid a penny for one thing and I was told preventive services were 100 percent covered and have been billed almost 2000 dollars so far
Each time I call I sit on hold for about 45 minutes and get the run around each time
My OBGYN told me the card wasnt even a real insurance card. Unfortunately it took me about 6 months to figure out what was going on and cancel but by that time myself and my children had gone to several dr appts and the bills just keep adding up

They also refuse to reply to emails They need to be reported and stopped

Vital Care Elite is nothing but a health insurance scam. It is sold as "insurance", but you are unaware until you get your cards and they've charged your account that it is, in fact, a membership discount program. It does not cover ANY medical charges of any kind. It is not ACA approved, no doctors, pharmacies, or dentists will take it, or use it. When you try to contact them you sit on hold for sometimes hours, then once you mention cancelling the services, they hang up on you. It is a bait and switch routine. Never once do they say it isn't actual insurance.

How did you end up canceling? I have tried and cannot get anywhere with these people. The email and phone number given to me are both not valid. Please help!
