I received the wrong product, and it was broken. I contacted the business on several occasions for a refund because they have a refund policy on their website. The same customer service representative is avoding my request by stating their business is losing money. First, she offered 10% refund. Then, she states she spoke with her manager, and she can offer an exceptional proposal of a 35% refund, and i could keep the product. Now, its her company doesn’t have a return label. I've requested a full refund 4 times, and they will not resolve my issue.
