On 11/19/21 he presented to my home and gave me a business card showing that he does cement work. To make a long story short, he gave me an estimate, I paid the deposit. He stated he was licensed. He kept asking for money for different things like drains for my yard, I had them so I declined.
He didn't start the work as agreed but finely framed the patio a week later and wanted money for a deposit to reserve the cement truck. I gave him the miney to reserve the truck. He never ordered cement but gave excuses after excuses of why they could not reserve the truck or bring/pour the cement. Excuses were, cement platn closed for Thanksgiving weekend, lost order, too many orders, will call etc.
After requesting my money back and realizing he was scaming me, he blocked me, after I demanded my money back. He promised to give it back but never did.
The frame that they did put up was sloppy and smaller than what he had initially showed me. He scammed several of my other neighbors as well. He is working with two other men. They collect deposit, start job, ask more funds but never complete the work.
He is a liar and a fraud.
