Glasses are a joke,the. Return. Process is complicated you have to take picture of the item that they had sent you and you have to email that to them with the picture of the glasses and then they will give you the address as to where it should be returned. I blocked on my credit card and told them that it was a scam and to block paying the amount of $77. Got a message in email from vision Focus saying that when I tried to cancel it it was too late and already in the mail it's very strange cuz I canceled it the day I ordered it it was never in the mail beware of this crap the glasses are garbage and I do mean garbage I can't explain how upset I am

I tried to contact getvisionfocus for the address in which to return the eyeglasses. There was no invoice included in the package to send for refund. The website said to go to [email protected] for help. It stated that glasses could not be mailed to the shipper's returned address on shipping label or the New York office. Called 1-501-430-3455 to get the address to return the glasses. All one got was a recording that the lines were busy and to send email to [email protected]. Never got a reply after several attempts.
