I made a purchase on Facebook for $39 to Viscious Deals for an Automatic Cap Cleaner with Steam and Dry using my debit card on 8/9/2023. I had not received the product by 8/20/23 so I called the company at 1-833-479-9710 and they said the cap cleaner should arrive within 3 days. By 8/24/23 I had not received the cap cleaner so I contacted the company by email at [email protected]. I received a reply that they would issue a refund in 7-10 business days. I asked again 9/5/23 and 9/6/23 and both times received the same email.
