called from visa-mastercard center because of good payments will reduce rates to 0% all they need is your card(s) number to do this. I have rejected this, however they keep calling. My phone # is on the national do not call, I reported this # however the calls continue daily some times 4 times in one day, I also have call blocking on my phone but that does not stop them from calling.
