I also received a call at 630 this morning. I didn’t answer because of all the scam calls out there but they still left a message saying to immediately call the number 613-704-1830. Of course it was an automated call message which in itself should alert people. When I put this number in to see re scam calls your report Visa Squad came up and I see someone else had the same complaint. A person just cannot have any peace any more from these [censored] and it seems that no one can stop them at all so they just keep praying on anyone that will fall for it. You would think there should be some way some how that the people who are behind this could be caught and stopped. Anyways I wanted to put this message in to let others know you are not alone.

I received a call on my answering machine this morning while I was out saying a charge had been made to my credit card at 5 am this morning and to call the fraud squad at 613-704-1830 and press #1 if I hadn’t made the charge. When I called the number they said it was a Visa credit card and when I told them I didn’t have a Visa credit card they hung up on me before I could even finish talking. The strange thing is that the name and number on my call display was ** ******** ************* This is the third call this week already from these scammers and they should be stopped.
