I’m sick so I filled out a virtuewell what I thought was their real website. I filled tried to login in to my account, it failed so I reset a password. Then filled out all my Iist of symptoms etc then usually you prepay for your visit at virtuwell and if they can treat you the money gets taken out, if they can’t treat you it’s $0. I got a screen saying my treatment was under review and pending. I waited 5 days with no response. So I called virtuewell and they said they have no inquiry or case number for me at all. They said send a screenshot of the pending screen to the real virtuewell people.

They said their case numbers are always 7 numbers. This one is 6 numbers so I think I got scammed. They have my credit card number and address, birthday, etc.
