Hello Applicant,
This is Paul Mekala, hiring department with Encentric Inc. It has come to our notice that the gmail account you were getting interviewed on with is temporarily unavailable and not receiving emails at this time.
It is a condition from the VOIP service. It was caused by the service running out of capacity temporarily. It may also be triggered by some limit, such as maximum calls to make in a second for a particular account. In this case, you will have to continue the interview process with me on my new email at [email protected].
Also, for the applicant who had already completed the interview. Kindly reconfirm your full name, address and cell phone number. All to be emailed to the HR ([email protected]) for registration and the employment offer letter you will be receiving.
