Their saying you have a federal government grant that is free. In the amount of 7,800. They ask for the spelling of your first and last name. Reading off a paper explaining about the free grant. They ask you where would you like to receive your money. Give you a grant# then advice you to call another number to claim your free grant money from the federal government. You call the other number and he proceeds you to go to a western union with $280 and buy a card and call them back. If you don't want western union they ask for your credit card information or banking information.
