Received a voicemail from Virginia Dominion Power about an unpaid utility bill and my services were in the process of being disconnected. The voicemail came from what sounded like a computer generated voice to talk message. Message stated to call (877) 601-9966, however, the phone call was masked to show (866) 366-4357. Little do the scammers know that my business location has electricity included and I do not have a separate electric bill.
