I saw repeatedly an add on FB for a Halloween Skull that was to be put in a bonfire and it would look you were burning skulls. Buy one get 6 free. The video makes them look human sized. I ordered 2, expecting 14, for a total of $37. I received 2 small (smaller than my fist) plastic skulls. I contacted company via email and was offered a $3 refund. I rejected and then was offered $7. Refused and was offered $15. I replied I wanted and was entitled to a full refund. Meanwhile, I did put 1 in a bonfire and it immediately melted and gave off toxic smelling fumes. The company then stated a I could get a full refund but had to mail it back in its original condition and had to pay for postage. I was no longer entitled to a partial refund. Boxed it up and took to post office, was told cheapest rate was $18. Lesson learned.
