A Lt. will call and state that you have failed to appear in court for jury duty and that you will be fined $985 for the failure to appear. The Lt. will mention that you have a warrant out for your arrest and that in order to clear this matter up you have to appear compliant. One measure of appearing compliant is to stay on the phone with the LT. while he transfers you to the Captain who provides you with your rights to be informed.

They will instruct you to load funds onto a Green Dot card and will ask for you to provide them with the number so that they can transmit the funds and then have you come to the office to sign an affadavit to release the funds that you just paid, back to you.
