Stole my Money

I saw an add for an item and purchased it however they immediately charged me for another item costing $179 that I didn't authorize. I sent countless emails saying it wasn't authorize even filed fraud with my bank. Company sent email saying item shipped but never arrived and you can't even click on check order because it says doesn't exist. Someone from the company responded to my bank saying they sent item so bank said not fraud and I'm out money plus $6 in foreign processing charges for a "us company" but that's still not good enough for US Bank.

Never delivered

I ordered a necklace that was on sale and was charged for another necklace that I didn't order. A total of 99.00. It said 3-5 days shipping, I ordered Sept 6,2022. Shows shipped no tracking. I paid for tracking. I have emailed several times and no reply.

On Facebook I clicked on an ad offering to send me a necklace for about $3. I went to the Viraccy website and purchased the necklace, providing my credit card. The purchase page is here https://www.vireccy.com/giveaway

I immediately was notified by my credit card that two charges were attempted my credit card for an additional $97 I immediately tried contacting the company by email and by phone. The phone is always busy and no response via email. Now I am having to dispute the charges and cancel my credit card. Beware, it is a scam!

I immediately was notified by my credit card that two charges were attempted my credit card for $197. The credit card company declined the charges but locked my credit card. Now I am faced with having to either cancel my credit card, or monitor it constantly knowing that criminals now have my information. Criminals should not be advertising on Facebook, and using those ads to steal people's card information and attempt fraudulent charges.
