I supposedly bought a three witch prop that was supposed to light up. I got one dollar store skeleton, a hat and a paper lantern head. I e-mailed them and they wanted me to send it back at my cost and give me back 10%. This item cost 30 dollars after shipping. It would cost me even more to ship back even with the 10% discount. So, I guess I just lost money on this and have learned a lesson.
