Offered name brand sunglasses at a discounted price. The sunglasses are fake. Have been emailing back and forth for months but it's just been the same thing over and over. They tell you you have to send the item back and it's very expensive and items get lost in the mail then they offer you a percentage of your money back. First ten percent then eighteen percent then twenty percent. Twenty percent is as high as they'll go then they'll start over. Also, if you ask them for a phone number or physical address, they won't oblige.
