email claimed to be from Rogers asking me to fill out a satisfaction with service form. As a thank you for completing the form, I was offered a free cream but I would have to pay for shipping. I made the mistake of providing my credit card information. I received an email from silkalike saying the cream had been shipped but received nothing. Then I received an email from them saying that my trial period had expired and I would be charged the full amount. I phoned the number on this notice and said that I would not pay for this product and would take legal action if I was charged. After arguing, the person on the phone sent a confirmation saying my order had been cancelled. I then checked my on line banking and noted charges for over $100 yesterday and another $100 today from two different addresses in China. The bank has said they will reimburse me.
