I made a purchase for a pair of earrings from this company on December 15th 2022 and it's been 2 days and no updates on shipping. I sent several emails and direct messages on their chat box but they refuse to answer me. I felt I was taking advantage of and I know several people bought items from them probably got hit with the same situation.
