Ordered an Intex pool pump and filter w/a pool vacuum on 6/22/20 and just received package on 9/8/20 which was a package of about 10 face masks instead of what I ordered. Website for www.vincial.com no longer works so unable to even dispute charge through them so I’m disputing through my bank.

I ordered two outdoor storage units from this so called vendor. After purchase I didn't receive any information regarding the purchase. I have never received the items.

I purchased an above ground pool pump for $69.15 through vincial.com. The sale was funnel to a Chinese merchant. Weeks later I received a few cheap face masks through the mail. I did some research and found that many other people have had the same experience from this vendor who uses the email [email protected]. Payment was made via PayPal who was notified of the scam. I declined the sellers offer to refund $59. I'm waiting for PayPal to provide a final resolution. I would avoid making any purchase through vincial.com.

Ordered a product through this company on June 26th. I received a shipping tracking number and continued to track its process. Last update I received was the product was in transit through airline. That was it. I have not received any updating for shipping nor have I received any return emails regarding the situation. They have a phone number but it says it is no longer in service. Still haven't received my product.
