I paid for a intex pool filtration system but only recieved paper face masks havent recieved the pump paid 63.60 for the pump and reported it to BBB but they didnt do anything either guess ill have to take it as a loss because nothing will be done about it no matter who you talk to.

Ordered pool filter/pump in June 2020 and never got the product. I received paper face mask in Aug and they reshipped the pump. I never received and been asking for refund since Oct. 2020. $60.68 via Paypal. They reply to emails, but never f/u

We purchased a pool slide from Vincials/Zhang DaoKuan and for weeks never received anything. I emailed them and they said it was taking longer to ship because of COVID. After about month 3 we received 3 masks. I was told to go to trust pilot and check and sure enough there were over 100 reviews of being scammed on pool slides,covers,pumps,etc. Instead, they had received masks!!!!!!! that's when I knew where the masks had come from!!!!!!!!!!!! We paid through PayPal and they are not even wanting to help.

Scam site. Ordered a pool ladder and received 5 kn95 disposable masks from China. Then company backpedaled and tried to offer me 85% refund. Disputed with credit card company and got a full refund.

Ordered an item (remote switch for a pool light) on line through their website. Went to contact them following the purchase, but the phone number was not a working number. The following day (June 23) I received an email confirmation of my order with tracking info. Item was being shipped from China. What arrived on July 18 was a package of 4 disposable masks! Cannot get in touch with the company.

Ordered a pool filter pump for $60.68 with free shipping. Didn't get a confirmation email. I emailed them and asked when my item would be delivered. Received an email with tracking number and link to track my package and message saying my package may be delayed due to Covid 19. Tracking information showed package originated in China! Waited 23 days and received a package of 6 face masks instead of my filter! They don't even sell face masks on their site! Have sent two emails requesting a refund and have received no answer. Have checked online and on Facebook and have found out that this same exact thing has happened to others. Never order anything from a site you don't know without checking them out first.

Went to their teens tire and bought a item for my pool I got a return email from them next day saying item will be shipped as so as payment is recieved. Next day it was taken out of my acct. and I haven’t heard from them since . I sent numerous emails with no response

I searched the web for a waterslide for my children to enjoy during the summer since we won't be traveling much during they're time off from school. I discovered the website called Vincial.com that offers a waterslide for $65. I found that hard to believe and got suspicious so I searched a bit more on their website for contact info. I realized that when I did a Google map search of the "company" address that is listed on the 'contact us' portion of the website, that this was a residential location. I then attempted to call the phone number "12564672015" listed and I received an automated error message. So then I emailed the so-called business to ask about shipping times just to see if I would get a response. The fraud responded at 2:24 am. That was just even more confirmation for me that this is such a fraudulent company. I strongly suggest that this fraud be investigated and shut down immediately before even more people get scammed and sucked into adding very important information onto this website. Usage of vital info can be extremely detrimental and financially harmful for so many innocent people. They must stopped immediately!!!

Vincial.com pops up all over the place On line when I am searching for a pool ladder. I tried to place an order with them (entered my info and credit card number) it glitched out so I started Questioning the site? Their site is fake and I believe it is a scam. The social media icons bring you nowhere, their phone number does not work, I can Not find any customer reviews! I think they should be investigated and removed from the internet! Now I have to cancel my credit card! As of today they have not used my credit card but not sure since they have all my info.
