Wednesday 10/7/20 Daughter contacted website, Vincentbordercolliepuppies.com for a puppy. Beautifully set up website, contacted owners via text and email. Discussed which puppy was available. Multiple texts from daughter and seller. They asked about her work schedule, who and where would the vets be that she would use. They stated they were in Seattle Wa.They said they could drop off at Local airport, or SHIP to billing address. They asked for a deposit, via CASH APP or ZELLE.They ensured if she used a cash app, that she first deposit the money into her cash app, by ADD CASH.So she added $500 to her cash balance, then they asked she send them a screen shot .This was Friday night 10/9/20. Initial problems with payment going through, first $500, was sent to BRITTNEY JEMISON , would not go through, so they said use $trinmorgans. TRINA MORGANS, this also would not accept, via VENMO app, so they asked daughter to download ZELLE , and to send to zelle email, [email protected] Bores.The $500 went through, She then sent a further $250.

They Arranged to meet half way, we live in Oregon, they in Washington state. Met at 09am ay Seattle airport, Wa State.

Sellers did not turn up, within 90 minutes. Daughter called and texted and emailed, only one response. Answered call about 0845, very broken up line, static break up, possible "accent" , then call dropped. No further contact, received.

We have filed a complaint with the FTC and the West Linn POLICE DEPT, the police case number is 2017151
