On Feb 13, 2018, I am browsing OLX.ph and I saw an ad (http://olx.ph/122197581) saying that he delivers flowers for Valentines. In inquired on his registered mobile number (0915 9417265) and certain Vincent James Salazar (aka Vinci) replied back using another mobile number (0975 2418124). He said he posted the ad on OLX and he is the manager of the flower shop. He directed me to his website (https://sendsomeonesomelove.weebly.com/) and asked me to place an order via an order form with the following link (http://sendsome1somelove.blogspot.com/p/our-order-form.html). I was able to talk to him on the phone and he confirmed his business is legitimate. He then sent me his BDO Bank account (601853-907-24009-00 with Account Name “Vincent James Salazar”) and asked to deposit the payment. I deposited the payment and after that, he is not contactable anymore. All his mobile (0975 2418124, 0915 9417265, and 0947 3732545) becomes uncontactable. He also never deliver the items ordered.
