I wanted to look up a vin # to purchase a car. This website claimed for $1 I could have the information on a vehicle. The next day I noticed they took out $179.40 out of my checking account. I have called the phone # to ask for a refund/cancellation, it asks for information re: last 4 digits of my card used and my zip code corresponding, then proceeds to disconnect me. I then emailed to ask for a refund/cancellation, 5 days later I received an email stating message not delivered. There was a problem delivering your message to [email protected]. When I called again today it gave me a different email, [email protected] which I found unreliable and says to call for refund.
