I was contacted about an individual stating he was interested in purchasing a vehicle I have listed on ksl.com in their classifieds. He asked for the VF papers, and when I asked what were VF papers, he directed me to vinfactsreport.com for a report. I told him that I had someone interested, and he said "I'm ready to make a deal with your asking price, i will bring cash if you provide the VF paper" This was a red flag to me, so I sent him information on a carfax report stating that was a company that I was familiar with and trusted. He was adamant that it had to be a VF report because of the terminology they use. I thanked him for his interest and terminated communication.

I ran a vin check report for $1 from TrackthatVin.com. I was then charged 29.95 for a biweekly subscription that I did not sign up for. I now get small charges every day for $1 form PersonalityQuizlet.com or 4.95 from TrackthatReport.com
