I have been receiveing calls from a Debt Collection Agency (PFS) claiming a complaint was filed against me from VIN Capital. They claim I took a payday loan out back in May 2012 and that I never paid it. I never took a loan with VIN Capital and this is the first time I'm hearing of this loan. They threaten to file charges and that I would incur all court and legal fees if I didn't settle with them and pay them $620 within 24 hours. It is so not nice what these companies and people are doing. They state they tied my email address to an IP address and that's how the company got my information. He could not provide any account numbers. It is really scary that these people can do this. Please be aware of these debt collection agencies making fraud accusations.
