My Husband and my self had applied and paid $75.00 for application fee for an apartment at Village at Legacy Ridge which was supposed to be available 10/16/17 . Everything was good our credit and background was cleared, except for an email that was to only sent to my husband that had questions that was supposed to identify us we were told there was some issues with the results. We had to wait four days before anyone could tell us what was going on. When the apartment manager got back with us she told us we did not pass the questions, I asked her what else we could we do because we less then a month to move. We even asked if we could come in person to fill something out she told us no. She told me we could reapply and pay another application fee for another apartment complex they own or wait 30 day and reapply. I asked for our money back, and she told me they could not. nor could they transfer the application fee over to one of their other properties.
