Bought discounted Willow Tree figurines through ad on facebook. Receipt came from Vikrasseth Limited (UK) and email of [email protected] was the contact on emailed receipt, which did not match information from ad. After never receiving an official order confirmation or any tracking info I sent an email to the address from the facebook ad which came back as undeliverable, could not find my way back to the website and read many reports online indicating this was a scam. Re-sent email inquiry to email on [email protected] asking for tracking info, received a reply with a tracking number. Followed tracking for over 3 weeks, only to have it final report as delivered to my address but no items were ever received. Have since emailed company twice with unsurprisingly, no replies.
