FACEBOOK ad indicated it was Jim Shore 50% off sale from VIKRASSETH LIMITED (vikrasseth.com). Made two purchases on same Credit Card and lost a total of $120. Never received any items; but credit card was charged. Email company at [email protected] to refund all monies as goods never received. They sent email of tracking that goods were received; however, the tracking link was fraudulent (could not open).

I "purchased" a new nativity set for Christmas from an ad on facebook; the item was on "sale". They also sent me a confirmation email to my personal email account. I have also emailed them without response. Here is a copy of the message:

Ordered from ad on facebook. 11/12/23 payment made to VIKRASSETH LIMITED, Durham GB. I lost $2687.00. This number in email 74208479WOOA M03. Billing done through Stripe. Order number I was given AT104393892CN and track through 17TRACK. I have been tracking and last report stated delivered (19 days). I have not received item.

They had a post on FB about reduced willow tree figures. I unfortunately ordered the nativity set. After three weeks it had not come. I had sent them two previous messages and they said it was sent and on its way. But this last email I sent which I told them I knew it was a scam and they needed to replace my money or other options will be taken. Thst email came back undelivered.

It was an add on Facebook selling claiming to be a clearance dealer for "Willow Tree" nativity sets. I placed an order and received an email receipt in the amount of $57.54. Receipt #1118-9253 on Nov 6, 2023. Paid to Virasseth Limited. My credit card statement shows the withdrawal of $57.54 on Nov 7, 2023 to Vikrasseth.com Durham. I have attempted to contact the company through the receipt. I got the message that this is not a valid email address. I tried to find the add on Facebook and just get the message about the scam. I hate that I fell victim to this, I should have known that it was too good to be true.

I ordered Willow Tree products from a site that appeared to sell under the name Overstocks.com (the website was Vikrasseth.com). The sale came up on my credit card as Vikrasseth Limited. I was charged $78.56 for the product on 10/28/23 and never received the product or any details concerning product shipment, tracking information or arrival of product. I only received the initial email of the charge to my credit card. I tried contacting them at [email protected] but got no response.

Facebook had an advertisement for this company selling overstock hallmark ornaments cheap on Nov 9, 2023. I placed an order receipt # 1588-0678 for $59.98 they won’t respond and I never got my ornaments

Scammer offered Jim Shore items at a large reduced price.

Ordered items on October 28.

On October 29th I attempted to cancel order. Was told it would take 7 days. On November 7 I emailed them about my refund and was told there was a problem with the system and they were working on it. Still haven't heard from them.

I will call my bank and see if i can get my money back

I had a similar experience, emailed several times and now cannot get any response. I’ve called my bank and they said because I “willingly” made the purchase they would not dispute the charges
