Teacup Maltese puppies

We wanted to buy puppy for our daughter, sent inquiry to seller. Received text messages, that puppy is available and can be delivered to our house with “nanny” services for additional fee 200usd. We paid to Jessica Lecrone 750 usd via Zelle on 01/07/23, received text that payment confirmed and puppy will be delivered on Monday 01/09/23. On Monday received email from courier agency that we have to paid additional 1000-1500 usd for special crate and 95% of payment will be reimbursed at delivery time as a cash or check. On shipping tracking page weight is 22 kg. Contacted seller and he started to tell about new rules of shipping, refused to reimburse money and don’t answer phone calls anymore. Puppy is still available at their website
