I purchased a necklace from this company on 12/6. It is now 12./18. They claimed to ship the product signing 3-7 days and send tracking information. I never received any email or tracking information. I have contacted their support email twice which says response in 24 hrs. They haven’t yet responded either time. 3&4 days later.
