A direct mailer was sent to my mother's home address with regard to "Breakthrough" CBD Pills and Cream that were supposedly endorsed by Dr. Oz & Dr. Phil. She called the number on the direct mailer and purchased as to what she thought was a trial of the CBD Pills with her ******* *** Credit Card. On her statement the name of the scammers is www.Vigordietproducts.com. My mother is 82 years of age, a senior who got burned $38.75 on November 30, 2020, and an additional charge of $179.99 on December 6, 2020. Unfortunately she thought the trial period was 30 days and had no idea that there was an absurd amount of costs if not cancelled within 10 days from the date of purchase. As her son I monitor her accounts and got an alert by ******* for a charge of $199 by an affiliate company to Vigordietproducts that listed as "Breakaway Diet Supplements" that was fortunately declined by **********. When I looked at her *** *** charges thats when I saw the two charges by Vigordietproducts that totaled $218.74. I'm going to see what I can get back for her.
