I saw an ad on Facebook for Vigor Via CBD gummies supposedly endorsed by Dr. Ben Carson. After putting in an order for them, I did some research and it turns out people have a hard time canceling orders and getting refunds. It also appears an order is treated as a subscription so charges appear in successive months as well.

In my case, I canceled my credit card before charges appeared for the amount that was almost three times as much as the order I made, which I didn’t save so I have no proof of that.

I note that this company sells its products on Amazon as well and supposedly has endorsements by Dr. Oz, too, per some of its ads.

Whatever you can do to expose this scam would be much appreciated.
