I purchased a bag that was advertised as a bookbag that could also house a charging port on the side. The sole reason I bought the bag was for it’s charging capabilities. I received the back and found that the charging port on the side was nothing but for show. The only way to use the port is to cut open the inside of the bookbag so I can weave the adapter through. I contacted the vendor and notified them of this and requested a refund. They said to send it back and sent an address. I asked for them to provide a shipping label and they refused and said they provided me free shipping. I provided proof that I got charged shipping on each order and that I would have to contact my bank if he would not provide the refund. He told me and I quote “your bank is going to be embarassed you’re being so rude over $20.” I proceeded to call my bank and have them help me handle this. Attached is what the bookbag was advertised to be. You can also check out the real bags online on Amazon that provide a zipper on the inside to weave the adapter through, these are the bags that actually work and what I thought I was receiving.
