I reported this subscription scam on 01/13/2022. The original contact was through a fake Home Depot email asking me to fill out a survey and as a reward for doing so I would get to choose an item and only pay for the shipping. 2 months later I had received 2 more items and been charged almost $300. Apparently I had gotten myself into a subscription scam. After much searching I found a phone number and I threatened to contact BBB. To my surprise, I see that in the past week they have refunded all of the money for all 3 items, including the original shipping fee for the first item. I originally thought I had only lost $185 but it was actually more at $280. So I don't know what to think. They definitely approached me in an unethical way but on the other hand they have refunded all my money which I did not expect. They said they had sent me a copy of "terms and conditions" but they never did... not in my regular email or in my spam folder... and I couldn't find the company on the internet. But, my money is back into my VISA account.
