The Vida rep asked us about a promotion and gave us a presentation. We filled some paperwork out, but then declined the package and promotion. However, they opened credit card accounts and charged another credit card in amounts totaling $4000. We reported the fraudulent charges to the credit card companies and they reversed the charges and closed the accounts, but then they reopened and charged back the amounts because the RCI credit cards are connected with the Vida company. We have had numerous emails about correcting this and even received an email that Vida refunded and corrected the amounts and resolved everything, but it still is not resolved and our credit scores have been destroyed. And now has cut all communication off from us. RCI has refused to correct the error through us reporting the fraudulent activity and is now sending collectors after us. This has been a HUGE inconvenience and not only has destroyed our credit, but can potentially affect my career.
