Scrolling through social media on March 26th, I came upon an advertisement for a bracelet that was said to support suicide awareness. This means a lot to me and I purchased 2 bracelets for $24.95 each plus shipping and handling. I got an email the next day stating that my order had been received and was being processed. The email said that it would take 2-3 days to process, and 2-3 days for for the order to clear customs. (With the timeline that they gave me, I was expecting the items by the 4th or 5th of April, the 8th at the very least.) On March 30th I got another email letting me know that the order had been shipped and was at the customs stage (right on time). On April 2nd it showed that it had cleared customs and was on it's way to me. On April 5th the email that came stated that it had arrived at the sorting facility and would be there "in a few days".

On April 30th I emailed to ask where my items were and on May 2nd I got a response stating; "We'll reach out to our shipping couriers to request an update to be made on the order. Please allow 2-3 business days for the request to be processed. Hopefully, we can see some updates from their end very soon.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

5 days later, on May 7th I wrote again "I still haven't heard back from anyone. May I please get an update on when these will arrive? Otherwise I'd like my money back immediately."

On May 9th Larisa replied "We want to start off by apologizing for the delay in receiving your order. We understand this is very frustrating however, once the order is shipped it is out of our hands of how long the order could possibly take to arrive. There could be delays or customs issues that again, are out of our control and thus causing a delay in receiving your order.

We did get an update and our shipping couriers did inform us that your order is in transit and will arrive to you soon.

Please continue to be patient as we know this is frustrating and a major inconvenience.

On May 20th I emailed again and simply said that I'd like my money back, that if the item did end up showing up that I would send it back. I also went to the website and used their 'contact us' form to tell them the same and had no further contact from them.

It is now June 13th and I haven't heard or received anything, and now their website is not available.

This is so disappointing since it was used for a cause that is very dear to my heart. I hope that nobody else was taken by these people.
