I purchased 2 items on January 10, 2016. I checked the status a few days later because it said 2-3 day shipping. The status of my order says unfulfilled. It is now May 9, 2016 and the status of my order still says unfulfilled and I have sent several emails and phone calls to which have been unanswered. When I call it says I've reached a voice-mail that has not been set up like it does when you call a cell phone. It waited until the 60 days were up to dispute it at my bank before it updated any information.

Hi, my wife placed an order for me on VictoryThreadz.com back in December to get me a sweater for Christmas. We waited several weeks however but the sweater never shipped and the order status on their site would simply show that the order was paid (we also could see the withdrawal from our bank account from the payment) and never fulfilled.

We tried calling the customer service line that they gave us at the time and it would ring until an answering machine picked up. It stated to leave a message with our name, phone number, and order number and someone would contact us back the next business day. We left several messages over the course of multiple weeks but never received a response back. We also tried emailing them directly at their customer service email but no one ever replied to that as well.

Right now it's 4/10/2016 and we've still not received a refund for our purchase nor have we received the item that we purchased. The order was initially placed on 12/21/2015. I did some research and it appears that we're not the only victims of this site, just merely one of the first (it appears the site was new and went online in November of December of last year). You can find multiple other complaints regarding this site at https://www.scamguard.com/victorythreadzcom/ all showing the same thing we are having an issue with. The order was placed, money was taken, however the order has not been fulfilled nor has anyone heard back from the site after several contact attempts.

They have also since our initial order disconnected the 800 number they had (844-344-2097). The support email we had for them is [email protected].

Immediate action needs to be taken NOW as this site is still online and taking orders. I would wager that they've never filled an order and have slowly been bilking prospective customers over the past few months. If I never see my $50 back then that's fine, but I want to make sure that this place is reported and shut down IMMEDIATELY.

Note: Order place on 1/5/16. To date, never received purchase. And they took the money out of my account right away.

Ok, I had seen several advertisements on facebook over a year maybe more for this company "Victory Threadz". Then one finally caught my eye. I had never ordered anything that I have ever seen on fb. But when I checked it out and it seemed legit.. the site started with "https" they marketed themselves as secure via the little nornton and McAffee stamps. They said the item was custom and limited supply. I waited and kept checking my order.. first time, the site "didn't recognize my order number" the next several times I tired their site said "Order has not been fulfilled" Again, I figured it was because it was "custom and in limited supply" A week later I finally called.. several time actually first got a recording and left a voicemail.. then the next time the phone just rang.. then I called them the past 2 days and it says the number is no longer in service. I have messaged them on several platforms.. facebook, email. phone attempts. And I even checked the site today to see what it would say and today the day after I messaged them on all those platforms it magically doesn't recognize my email address or my order number nor did I see the phone number that was once accessible from the bottom of the page.

Today I reported them to my bank and to facebook.. I have never not ordered from a store I know and I never will again. I have also NEVER ordered anything I've seen on fb. And obviously wont ever do that again either. So shady and frustrating. Also, all of my contact attempts were simply an order status. So that was even more creepy and frustrating.

ORDERED PRODUCT 1-18-16 FOR $34.91 - MY CARD WAS CHARGED - STILL HAVENT RECEIVED ORDER AS OF 2-15-16 - DO NOT REPLY TO EMAILS OR ANSWER/REPLY TO PHONE CALLS - WHEN TRACKING ORDER IT JUST SAYS ITS IN THE FIRST PHASE OF BEING ORDER & HAS NOT MOVED - SOME REVIEWS ONLINE WHERE OTHERS HAVE EXPERIENCED THE SCAM AS WELL

Victorythreadz.com Advertised on Facebook, they sell Tshirts. I ordered one in Ocotber 2015 and have sent 2 emails, a phone call and after internet searches others have reported they too ordered and did not receive their order. Never a response from company.URL Info says co. is registered in PANAMA
