A woman named “Emily Margaret” posted a job listing in a private Facebook group and then turned off commenting on the post and left a comment on her post saying to text this number for more information.. so I texted the number (it had a strange area code) and “she” went ahead and told me about the hourly rate and schedule and it sounded too good to be true. $28 an hour, 1 week paid training, bonuses, benefits, work hours are flexible, you choose 4-5 hours or 7-8 a day. But I kept asking for the job title and description and she kept dodging that question and told me to download google chat to contact her “hiring manager” and to say something about myself and GIVE A LOCATION. So I messaged her Hiring manager, and didn’t give my location, I just asked for more information on the job description and she also dodged that question and asked more about myself and wanted my location. When I didn’t respond to both of them, they sent question marks, and seemed desperate for a response. So many red flags in my opinion. Remote Jobs are not that easy to come by and they definitely don’t start that high in pay.
