I found the pups on petfinder.com and contacted this person. Paid 500 I have receipt, and she said she shipped them through a company called global pacific logistics. I had tracking information. Instead of getting pups I got an email and phone call saying they was being held in new mexico because of cold temp.they needed 750 more for some special crate that would be refunded to me once puppies was delivered. I didn't have the 750. I went back to the tracking info to get a phone number and other information from for Global Pacific Logistics,but it had been deleted. The lady Victoria Lopez has not been in contact anymore.
