After reading many bad reviews about this company a couple of hours after I placed order, I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. The first reply they continued to ask me if I wanted to modify my order, when I clearly said cancel it. 9 minutes later they wrote that the order was already shipped and they couldn't do anything about it. I didn't get a shipping notification for several days later and only 2 out of the 5 pair I ordered arrived after about 6 weeks. Almost 3 months later and still the order was not fulfilled. I filed a complaint with PayPal and my bank and eventually got my money back. The two pair that did arrive are cheap fakes and are not worth all the trouble they will put you through if you have an issue. Always check reviews for companies that are not well known websites. This one scams their buyers and probably bet that most people won't take the time to get their money back. I say just don't use this website. It's a total SCAM!

I ordered a pair of shoes in July 2020 it is now a few days short of Oct 2020 and I have not recieved the product. They keep claiming it's in customs but will not provide any tracking information or a refund. I went on there instagram site and it's there I saw I was one of a bunch of people who have also claimed to have not gotten their items. I told them I would report them and they stopped replying to me and I am not of the money I paid for the products.

I also purchased two items from this "company" but never received. I emailed them was told delay was caused by the pandemic. Glad I went thru paypal so should be reimbursed. TOTAL SCAM

Ordered sandals on 06-09-20 and never received them. My credit card was charged. No way to contact them. Help line unavailable, no phone, and no address to contact. I think this is a fly-by night company and by reading all the other complaints, it is a scam company. I want sandals or my money back. Shame on them.

06-09-20, ordered sandals from Vicsrack. My credit card was immediately charged. I have not received the sandals. Any way to contact them does not work on line. I think this is a scam site, and am going to call my credit card company and ask them to remove that bill. Trouble is I really liked the sandals, darn. And shame on them. $36.30 not a great deal to be lost, but I'm looking at all the other complaints, and I think it is a scam. If I ever get my order, I will apologize.

I purchased a pair of shoes online, and received an invalid tracking number. After researching reviews of this company, many consumer experienced the same issues with Vicsrack of being scammed from their money with no product.

Vicsrack is a bogus online store: i ordered shoes with an advertised delivery date of may 2, 2020. From may 5th to June 22nd, i sent inquiries to the company's help desk email address and received no reply and called two phone numbers i found online which were non-operating. Then i found hundreds of reviews online, revealing that this store accepts orders and money but does not deliver, and my credit card company advised that this store is know to their security department. So fellow disappointed buyers, call the security dept of your credit/debit card company to dispute your purchase. You will receive a refund and the company and your purchase will be investigated—and then bother to spread the word to buyers and complain to authorities! Follow-through.

I’m now almost 60 days out from when I placed my order for a Christmas gift and still have not received everything. Every time I email (about 20 emails now), I get a response from Jane who says to be patient and that the order is on the way. The tracking info shows the package is still in China (that was my first mistake) and has been sitting there for weeks since December 12. I have asked for a refund nicely to no avail. I have contacted my bank and am disputing the charges. By the way, what items I did receive were not sized correctly or of good quality.

I made an order on Vicsrack for 2 pairs of shoes on 11/1/2019. I spent $65 and they took the money out of my account almost immediately but I still haven’t received my shoes. I have contacted them twice by email and both times they have told me that my package was at the post office and I would receive a tracking number in a few days. I have seen a lot of reviews on this company after I purchased the shoes that complain about it being a scam. People never receiving their purchase and getting the run around when inquiring about their purchases.
