There was an ad on Facebook for Jessakae clothing sale. When I clicked on the ad it took me to a website https://viciwarehouse.com with the header of the page "Jessakae." I purchased a few items. When I got a confirmation email regarding my purchases, it was from the company viciwarehouse. Viciwarehouse is using the name of a legitimate company JESSAKAE and VICI COLLECTION. I never received the items I paid for. I emailed viciwarehouse to cancel my order and refund my money, and viciwarehouse responded that they are unable to cancel my order nor can they provide a refund.
