Reading the comments posted about this business make me sad and very angry. I also got scammed by them big time. Their representative "Chris" is a smooth, high-pressuring talker promising the moon when you agree to let them build you a website. At first, like others have described, he charges a fee of about $500-$1000 to build the website. They build the website pretty quickly, but then once it's up, then he pressures you into adding marketing program for an additional cost. (I lost a total of about $4500.) He promises great support and someone to help you every step of the way so that you will begin to make money quickly. A representative named Jennifer helped in the beginning to get my website set up and monetized, but then she cut me off and said that she could no longer help me and that I should just listen to their videos. I was left to completely flounder on my own. They prey on people who have little experience in creating an online business so you don't question what they are telling you. My website was opened up in January, and after about 7 months I had 2 sales, one of which I made no money on. I started getting suspicious and read comments from other people that used them. Like others, it was never explained to me that I didn't own my site and that I was only leasing space from them. They control and limit what you can do so that you will ask them to do more for you so they can charge you even more money. I never realized that what they charged me for with Wordpress was completely free. They are total scammers. I have been trying for about a month to reach them by phone and e-mail. When I first dealt with them, I was able to at least get a live person and they would respond to my e-mails. Now, they have this recording which says they are helping other customers on the phone, so you can never get through to them and they don't respond to e-mails anymore either. I was wondering if they are even still in business or if they are just off to finding their next victim. I don't know if I'll ever get any money back. (I was trying to get a business going to supplement my income, as I am close to retirement age and still working full time.)
